Returns Overview
At Commodore Salvage, we supply second-hand Holden Commodore parts. Due to the nature of these items, all returns are handled carefully and must meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The item is faulty or not as described

The wrong item was supplied

The item arrives damaged in transit
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or find it somewhere else

Incorrect purchases (please ensure compatibility before buying), we will try to usderstand what you want, photos will help.

Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

items the have been abused by purchaser
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as you recieve it

It must not have been installed or altered

All original packaging (if applicable) should be included

Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Warranty (Optional – include if you want)
Used parts may come with a start-up warranty (e.g. 30 days) unless otherwise stated. This covers major functional faults but does not cover:
