Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We take care to ensure all parts are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:

North Island: 2–3 business days

South Island: 3–5 business days

Rural addresses: allow an additional 2–3 days

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
For large or heavy items:

Delivery may be to a commercial address or nearest depot

A forklift or assistance may be required for unloading

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery or special handling
We will contact you if needed before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated:

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist wherever possible.
Returns & Shipping
If a return is approved:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
